I’m educational psychologist with a passion for adolescent and adult mental health. I offer therapy online or at my practice in Harfield Road, Claremont as well as ADHD assessments for Adults and full psycho-educational assessments for learners from Grade 4 to University.
Featured Services: I have a wide range of interest areas (ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, personal growth, maladaptive thinking patterns ect) and focus primarily on young adults and adolescents. I incorporate various therapeutic modalities dependent on your needs such as mindfulness, CBT, person-centered and/or narrative therapy.
