Life and Leadership Coach

My mission is to provide people with a space for growth. Through connection and understanding I offer an opportunity for people to transcend obstructive thinking, explore opportunity and potential, and feel and be productive. As a warm, grounded individual with a passion and energy to serve others, I have over 20 years of leadership experience working with individuals and teams.

My work experience has predominantly been leadership roles within small to medium businesses. I understand that fulfilled individuals are dependent on clear direction, accountability, a safe space for creative thinking, a collective energy, healthy relationships, courage, direction and passion.

My coaching career developed out of a clear need to ensure that people at work and in life feel safe and energized to contribute to theirs and others lives through, compassion, creative thinking and clear action. My training is through Thoughtsmiths, an ICF accredited people development organization.

My coaching methodology focusses on setting up safe creative thinking spaces for individuals and teams. Through presence, powerful questioning and process, a thinking partnership is developed to create new neural pathways, new actions, new behavior and personal accountability.
