As a qualified Integral Coaching Practioner (and mother of 2 teens), Milena focuses on supporting teenagers and young adults navigate their way through challenging times. She is very passionate about her process, offering a confidential, non-judgemental space for her young clients to explore and share their current status. Together they work towards finding solutions and an improved understanding of self – offering them the tools and coping skills to manage their challenges.

An extension to her process is the sound inclusion of family, encouraging the development of the family unit through facilitation, conversation and guidance.
